Elise greeted us warmly as we entered and asked whether we preferred a table or booth. We didn’t wait five minutes before Nichole took our drink order. I ordered a Choco Crumble, very similar to an espresso martini. Best version of “espresso martini” I’ve had to date!

My hubby and sons ordered pizza & wings. They offer three types of pizza dough: Neapolitan, which is a regular crust, a charcoal dough, and a gluten-free dough. We ordered our pizzas on the charcoal and gluten free doughs. The gluten-free dough is amaaaazing! It tastes like sourdough without the strong sourdough flavor. The dough is freshly made daily. Even their dessert menu looks incredible (wish I had room to sample some)!


The relaxing and clean, down-to-earth feel of this establishment makes it easy to sit and enjoy our food. Family friendly and welcoming. As you can see, it’s spacious inside with plenty of outdoor seating when it’s warm (a tad chilly in December!) with a beautiful panoramic view.

All in all, this has been a great experience, a definite recommend –even for our two teenage sons who both have autism. Two thumbs up! Thanks, Basil & Barley crew!
